Tested by Excel Plas to withstand more than 25 years of sun exposure, the CoreTech tray has been purpose-built to thrive in Australia’s harsh outdoor environments. Every detail is tailored to the demands of geotechnical and exploration work. Ergonomically designed with integrated handle grips at both ends, the tray is the first in its category to align with WHS manual handling guidelines, significantly reducing the risk of strain and injury on site.

CoreTech trays are engineered for versatility and future-readiness. They support optional integration of barcode labels, RFID, and NFC tags for digital tracking and inventory control. Designed with practical compatibility in mind, they work seamlessly with CoreTech PVC splits, foam inserts, and core markers.

For added functionality and efficiency, each tray features start and end measurement indicators along the sides and 100mm increment notches for fast visual reference during core logging. A flat-bottomed base allows for safe stacking on roller racking systems or in core libraries, while reinforced grooves accommodate ratchet straps and eye holes allow for secure fastening with cable ties during transport.

Chemically resistant to sulphides, the trays are robust, reusable, and maintain integrity across repeated use. Each tray maintains a consistent internal length of 1050mm across all sizes—NQ/NMLC, HQ/HQ3, PQ (with the option to remove the divider to form three rows), and 4C ensuring streamlined integration into your workflow.
